These terms apply when you book or buy coaching through this site. Booking a session or making a purchase means you agree to them. They are written plainly on purpose.
What you are getting
Marckiemoo offers private Brawlhalla coaching: live 1v1 and 2v2 sessions, spars and ranked games, single sessions, and monthly memberships. The exact format, length, and price of each option are listed on the site at the time you book.
Booking and payment
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored on this site.
- Live sessions are scheduled when you book. Single sessions and memberships come with next steps by email.
- Sessions are held over Discord with voice and screenshare. You will need a working setup to join.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are covered in full on the Refund Policy page.
What is expected
- Show up on time and ready to play or review.
- Keep sessions respectful. Coaching can end without a refund if a session turns abusive.
- Coaching materials and recordings are for your own use, not for resale or redistribution.
Results
Coaching is built to help you improve fast, but your rank depends on your own practice and play. No specific rank or result is guaranteed.
If you are under 18
Players under 18 are welcome with a parent or guardian's permission. By booking, you confirm you have it.
