This page explains what information is collected when you book coaching, why, and who it is shared with. The short version: only what is needed to coach you and take payment, and nothing is sold.
What is collected
- Your name and email, so sessions can be scheduled and confirmations sent.
- Your Discord handle, so we can actually meet for the session.
- Any replays or clips you choose to send for review.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. Card numbers are processed by Stripe and never stored on this site.
How it is used
- To schedule, run, and follow up on your coaching.
- To send booking confirmations and the next steps for packs and reviews.
- To answer your questions and handle any refund requests.
Who it is shared with
A few trusted services help run the coaching: Stripe for payments, a scheduling tool for bookings, Discord for sessions, and an email provider for confirmations. They only receive what they need to do their part. Your information is never sold or rented to anyone.
Your replays
Replays and clips you send are used to coach you. They are not posted publicly without your okay. If you would like yours deleted after a review, just ask.
Players under 18
Coaching is open to players under 18 with a parent or guardian's permission. Only the basic details above are collected, and the same rules apply.
