All sales are final. Coaching sessions and monthly memberships are non-refundable, so please make sure coaching is right for you before you book. The notes below cover rescheduling and the rare case where I have to cancel.
Live sessions (1v1, 2v2, spar, and ranked)
- Sessions are non-refundable once booked.
- You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Rescheduling is not a refund, it just moves your time.
- No-shows and cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the session, since that time was held for you.
- If I ever have to cancel on you, we will reschedule for a time that works.
Memberships
- Monthly memberships bill each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime and you keep access through the month you have already paid for.
- Membership months are non-refundable, including any sessions you did not use that month. Unused sessions do not roll over.
If something is not right
The goal is always for you to walk away better than you came. If something about a session was not right, message me in the Discord or reply to your confirmation email and I will do my best to make it right, even though purchases are non-refundable.
One honest note
Coaching can speed up your improvement a lot, but no one can guarantee a specific rank. What you pay for is the coaching itself, not the result of how much you practice between sessions.
